Back at the house, our one-of-a-kind recreation garage has something for everyone: a sectional and TV, ping-pong, games, a cooler, kayaks, bike racks and plenty of gear storage. Fire pit as well! Whether you’re riding, paddling, exploring or relaxing, this stylish retreat is the perfect home base.
Good to know
*Bikes in photos are not included in rental. But several bike shops in the area, or feel free to ship your personal bikes to the property! This is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath professionally decorated home in south Bella Vista, across the street from the Oz Trails and a short drive to I-49 and Lake Windsor. This home has a spacious yard, fire pit, propane grill, quaint front and back porches, and large double garage renovated to be a Mountain/Gravel/Road Biker Hangout! The Kayaks are available for use as part of the rental. There are yard games, oversized Jenga, ping pong, etc! We have a fully stocked Kitchen, premium bedding and mattresses, open concept and gorgeous views of nature from this property. The living room has a 75 inch TV, garage has a 65 inch TV and master bedroom 32 inch TV. Please let us know if you have any further questions!
Other Details to Note
Pets: Cats are not permitted. Dogs under 15 lbs are permitted. Dogs greater than 15 lbs require host approval before booking. Please send breed, weight, and age of each dog before booking. If an unauthorized pet is detected that was not paid for during booking, the guest will be charged a $500 fee. Depending on the type and size of animal, the reservation could be canceled. Cleaning: for stays of 28+ days the Cleaning fee is $350. We require a monthly cleaning every 30 days of $150. For each fee we will send a money request through airbnb for the additional expense.
