This stylishly furnished retreat sits right on the trails with direct access to OZ Trails Bike Park + Bentonville’s world-class MTB network, hundreds of miles of greenway. Our custom biker’s garage-a one-of-a-kind hangout designed for riders. Kick back on the sectional, stream your favorite ride recaps on the TV, ping pong and grab a cold drink. You’ll also find bike racks, gear storage, cooler, kayaks, and games.
Good to know
*Bikes in photos are not included in rental. But several bike shops in the area, or feel free to ship your personal bikes to the property! This is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath professionally decorated home in south Bella Vista, right across the street from the new Mountain Bike Lift coming in summer 2026! This home has a spacious yard, fire pit, propane grill, quaint front and back porches, and large double garage renovated to be a Mountain/Gravel/Road Biker Hangout! The Kayaks are available for use as part of the rental. There are yard games, oversized Jenga, etc! We have a fully stocked Kitchen, premium bedding and mattresses, open concept and gorgeous views of nature from this property. The living room has a 75 inch TV, garage has a 65 inch TV and master bedroom 32 inch TV. Please let us know if you have any further questions!
Other Details to Note
Pets: If an unauthorized pet is detected that was not paid for during booking, the guest will be charged a $500 fee. Depending on the type and size of animal, the reservation could be canceled. Cleaning: for stays of 28+ days the Cleaning fee is $350. We require a monthly cleaning every 30 days of $150. For each fee we will send a money request through airbnb for the additional expense.
