Pets: If an unauthorized pet is detected that was not paid for during booking, the guest will be charged a $500 fee. Depending on the type and size of animal, the reservation could be canceled. Cleaning: for stays of 28+ days the Cleaning fee is $250. We require a monthly cleaning every 30 days of $100. For each fee we will send a money request through airbnb for the additional expense.
